After performing eight dates at London’s O2 Arena, Drake decided it was time to take a break and thank his entourage for the successful tour!
The 30-year-old Canadian celebrated the end of his “The Boy Meets World” tour at the capital hosting a lavish and wild party at the new TOP West End nightclub, Paper Soho! The rapper star splashed £30K in bottles of Dom Perignon vintage champagne and Belvedere vodka, to thank his 20-strong entourage! Very generous indeed.
Despite the tables flowing with £30k worth of champagne, Drake barely touched a drop. According to one partygoer, he only had one or two drinks to celebrate the end of his London “Boy Meets World” tour. This didn’t stop him from having a great time as he was seen jumping up and down when Giggs was MC-ing. Everyone loved his energy and the whole club started jumping with him too.
The event was originally planned to be a live performance for up-and-coming US rapper Young Thug but Drake ended up joining him onstage. Rappers Giggs and Chip also shared in the frolic.
The whole club was a sea of mobile phones as everyone was trying to post videos to Snapchat. Seeing Drake perform in a huge arena is quite an experience, imagine him performing to 250 people. He wowed the crowd performing alongside Giggs and playing tracks from his new album "More Life".
Drake arrived at Paper Soho pretty late and headed straight to Paper's VIP area, then partied hard in the DJ booth with UK rap artist Giggs and Chip (formerly Chipmunk). The superstar held the wild night with guests not leaving until 3 am.
Paper's dancers, the PaperDolls, were on stage performing with Drake, and the rapper looked clearly impressed with their very skimpy lingerie outfits.
